By downloading, installing, or using SignalSketch ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SignalSketch is a WiFi analysis and site survey tool for Android devices. The App allows users to scan WiFi networks, measure signal strength, create floor plan heatmaps, and generate PDF reports.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

4. In-App Purchases

SignalSketch offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock PDF report generation. By making a purchase:

  • You agree to pay the listed price through Google Play
  • Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law
  • The purchased features are tied to your Google Play account

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Not use the App to scan networks without proper authorization
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding WiFi scanning and network analysis
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that signal measurements are 100% accurate or that the App will meet your specific requirements. WiFi analysis results may vary based on device hardware, environmental factors, and network conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalSketch and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to business decisions made based on WiFi analysis results.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
